Terms of service & end-user license agreement

These terms govern use of Livro Accounts Payable, operated by Jacob Doria (“Livro,” “we,” or “us”).

Effective September 15, 2026. Questions: livro.support@gmail.com.

Use of the service

By using Livro, you agree to these terms. If acting for a business, you must have authority to do so. You must be an adult able to enter into an agreement. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access Livro for your authorized business operations.

Your workspace and responsibilities

You are responsible for information you upload, permission to connect accounts, accuracy of your records, and access granted to other workspace members. Protect your login and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not use Livro unlawfully, upload malicious content, bypass access controls, access another business’s records without permission, or interfere with service security.

Invoice review and accounting exports

Livro assists with document processing and workflow; it does not provide professional accounting, tax, investment or legal advice. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review the original document, vendor, amount, currency, dates, category and account selection before approval or export.

QuickBooks exports require an explicit user action and create Bills, not payments. Current exports use a single expense line and do not include PDF attachments, QuickBooks class/location mapping, or payment-status synchronization. Later edits in Livro do not update exported Bills. Duplicate protections cannot identify every Bill entered independently outside Livro; check your books before exporting or retrying an uncertain result.

Connected services

You authorize Livro to use connected services within the permissions you grant to perform the disclosed features. Google, Intuit, Plaid and other providers have their own terms and availability limits. Only connect accounts you are authorized to manage. You can disconnect in Settings; previously imported records and exported Bills are not automatically deleted. Production and sandbox environments are separate.

Your data

You retain your rights in your documents and business data. You authorize us and our service providers to process that data as necessary to provide the features you use, as described in our Privacy policy. These terms do not transfer ownership of your data to Livro.

Availability and changes

Livro is an early-stage service. Features may change, integrations may fail, and hosting may sleep or be temporarily unavailable. Background checks are periodic, not guaranteed real-time processing. Maintain records and reconciliation procedures appropriate to your business. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free extraction, or that Livro alone satisfies your record-retention obligations.

Any paid offering will disclose its price and terms before you agree to a charge. These terms alone do not authorize a payment or subscription.

Ending use and data requests

You may stop using Livro and request workspace export or deletion by contacting livro.support@gmail.com. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements or material breaches of these terms. Where practicable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to retrieve data. Retention and backup limitations are described in the Privacy policy.

Service limitations and your legal rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Livro is provided as available without a promise that it will meet every business requirement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first to discuss service problems or disputes.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves and will provide notice of material changes through the service or appropriate contact channels. The current effective date appears above. Livro is operated by Jacob Doria in Tennessee and Alabama. Contact livro.support@gmail.com.
